I understand that when placing a reservation with a pet accompanying the passenger the pet should be adequately secured in a kennel case or other suitable container. This provision does not apply to service animals accompanying Persons with Disabilities.
I understand that a wheelchair or other mobility aid used by a Person with Disabilities should be collapsible to enable storage in the vehicle trunk. The chauffeur will assist. This will both avoid damage to the vehicle interior and the impairing of operation of the vehicle.
There will be $15 per Package charge. I agree to the following limitations on the transport of packages. All packages must fit into the vehicle trunk and the per package weight limit is 25 pounds. No packages are permitted within the cabin area as to avoid damage to leather interiors or vehicle equipment.
I understand that my driver will wait for me until I am ready and that I will be charged extra for waiting time.
